- State Statistical report (previous fiscal year)
- Annual Library Service Plan evaluation (previous fiscal year)

February 1
- City Library budget audit (previous fiscal year)

March 1
- Historical grant list for District approval (current fiscal year, subject to change - not part of agreement)

April 1
- Annual Library Service Plan (next fiscal year)

 

Current agreements call for 1-3 trainings for staff and City / Library Board training without specific dates.  The pattern is to hold two District wide staff (fall, first Fri. in Nov. & spring, Fri. in April) and one District wide city library Board trainings per year.
